CHESF is a parent cooperative support group.  Support is given to each other through our time and talents. 

Every member is encouraged to serve on one of the committees listed below.  Parents who have been

CHESF members for one year are encouraged to serve as officers or coordinators of these committees. 

Our organization is only as strong as the members who support it. When every member accepts responsibility

for at least one event, the opportunity to serve is shared and more activities are offered for our children.

           Organize a Field Trip or Student Activity

Each CHESF family is encouraged to plan activities for our children.   Find something that  your children are interested in doing and invite other members to join you in the way of a planned field trip.

Possible Activities include:

   -  Park Day, Game Day, Movie Night., Pool Day

   -  Ice Skating, Line Skating, Bowling,  Mini Golf

   -  Holiday theme party

   -  Ft. Myers Historical Museum tour,     Imaginarium

   -  Edison Home/ Ford Estate tour

   -  Fire Station,     TV Station,      Radio Station      

   -  Baseball / Hockey Game,    Concert    

   -  Publix tour,    News-Press tour,    Bagel Factory tour

   -  Manatee Park - Manatee program / Butterfly program

   -  Caloosa Nature Center

   -  Nature Hike - Caloosahatchee Regional Park

   -  CPR / Red Cross classes

   -  Lee County Solid Waste/Recycling Facility

   -  FGCU or Edison State College tour

   -  Lee County Courthouse tour

volunteer organization and your children’s participation in any event is entirely voluntary, and that the officers, directors and

members of CHESF have no control over the conduct of individual members, circumstances or events occurring at CHESF

functions or field trips.  Parent assume full responsibility and liability for their children.
